: All participants provided informed consent before study participation. The study was conducted on 395 employees across eleven companies in the Toroslar District of Mersin/ Türkiye. The minimum age of employees is 20. Therefore, there was no need to get informed consent from the parents/legally authorized representatives of subjects who are under 16. This study was performed in line with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Approval was granted by the Ethics Committee of Toros University (IRB No. 2022/105).
