: All ethical considerations were followed under educational and publication ethics and research integrity policies [ ] of University of Sargodha and under the Helsinki’s Declaration. The Ethical Principles of Psychologists and Code of Conduct of American Psychological Association (APA- 7) were followed as well [ ]. The documented- ethical approval was formally included by the Institutional review Board of University of Sargodha, Pakistan under Helsinki’s Declaration [ ] as the participants for Interview, for development and validation studies were Teachers in the Educational Settings (Universities). Informed consent was obtained from all participants involved in the study. The human participants were included in the study. A purposive sampling with the consent forms allowed the teachers to acknowledge the not- discussed or documented ethics of confidentiality, anonymity and safety and right to voluntary participation and withdrawal elsewhere so the official written permission by the ethical committee of University of Sargodha was included. No Competing Interest existed between authors, teachers or organizations.
