Ethics approval was obtained via Faculty of Business Administration Scientific Group of Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Language-Information Technology, No. 20/ESSG (24 August 2024). In this study, the people who have experience with mobile payment and biometric payment (face payment, fingerprint…) were the respondents. Informed consent was obtained from them in the first page of the Google Form.
