: This is an observational study. The Research Ethics Committee of the collaborating institutions has confirmed that no ethical approval is required. Nonetheless, The Academic and Ethics Board of iNeuroMex, S.C., was the primary institution that reviewed and approved this study. This organization served as a liaison of the collaborating institutions, which also reviewed and approved this study. These reviews serve as the Mexican equivalent of an IRB Review and those provided by Universities.
: Digital informed consent was obtained from all individual participants included in the study.
: Even though researchers never requested the name and personal data that enables identification from participants (only demographic data for statistical purposes was requested), all participants were required to consent to the study by signing and handing in the informed consent form via email. As such, informed consents (Consent to Participate and Consent to Publish) were obtained from all participants’ parent and/or legal guardians, as participants aged 15–84 were involved in the study.
