: The study was conducted in accordance with national regulations and institutional guidelines. At the time of data collection, approval from an ethics committee was not required for anonymous minimal-risk studies. Nonetheless, all procedures followed generally accepted ethical standards for research involving human participants. The research protocol was reviewed and validated by the supervising professor of the thesis on which this study is based. The study involved adult university students that resolved a virtual survey. The virtual survey included an informed consent for all participants, emphasizing that participation was voluntary, anonymous, confidential, and the study posed minimal risk. Informed consent was obtained online from all participants prior to their participation in the study. The informed consent was at the beginning of the virtual survey. Participants were informed about the purpose of the research, the voluntary nature of their participation, their right to withdraw at any time without consequences, and the anonymous and confidential treatment of their data.
