: The study was approved by the Medical Research Council of Zimbabwe’s (MRCZ) ethics committee, a national ethics authority operating under the Ministry of Health and Child Care of Zimbabwe (Ref. MRCZ/A/3126). All procedures were conducted in accordance with the MRCZ Ethics Guidelines for Health Research Involving Participants in Zimbabwe (version 1.4, 2011) and the Declaration of Helsinki. All study participants provided informed verbal consent before participating in the workshops and meetings. The Medical Research Council of Zimbabwe waived written consent as the research presented minimal risk to the participants and involved no procedures for which written consent is normally required.
