: This study involving human participants was approved by the Non-invasive Clinical Research Ethics Committee of Istanbul Medipol University (Approval number: E-10840098-772.02-751, Date: January 30, 2023). Institutional permission was also obtained from the Istanbul Provincial Health Directorate. The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki, relevant national regulations, and the guidelines of the ethics committee that approved the study. Written informed consent was obtained from all psychiatric nurses who voluntarily participated in the study. Participants were informed about the purpose, procedures, confidentiality principles, and voluntary nature of the study.
