Ethics approval and consent to participate: Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the Research Ethics Committee of Bam University of Medical Sciences, Bam, Iran (IR. MUBAM.REC.1401.006). All procedures performed in this study were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional research committee, the national guidelines of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments. Informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to their participation in the study. Participants were adequately informed about the purpose, procedures, potential risks, and benefits of the research, and participation was voluntary. No participants under the age of 16 were involved in the study; therefore, informed consent from parents or legally authorized representatives was not required.
