Ethics approval: Independent Bioethics Committee at Medical University of Gdansk waived a need for approval of this study. The study was designed and conducted in accordance with Declaration of Helsinki 2024.

Consent to participate: Patients gave their written consent to be admitted to hospital or oral consent to participate in ambulatory diagnostics. They were informed about the tests included. There was no need to get a separate consent as the tests included in this analysis were part of standard care and the data was anonymised.
