: Ethical approval for this research cannot be provided since the timing of this research project predates the establishment of the Ethics Committee in Social Sciences at the National University of Córdoba, Argentina. The research started in April 2019, while the committee was established later in the same year and formalized its regulations in 2020. This was in line with the evolving regulatory landscape in the country. I provide assurance that the research adhered to national and international standards for conducting research with human subjects. The data that interviewees provided are subject to the principles of confidentiality and reserve and may not be communicated, in any case, by name or individually, nor will they constitute evidence before an administrative or fiscal authority, nor in court or out of it. Therefore, the maximum confidentiality and consent of the information provided is guaranteed, receiving for all purposes a treatment similar to that established in the scope of the “guarantee of statistical secrecy” (Argentine Law No. 17.622).
