They provided verbal consent after confirming their understanding of the study’s purpose, procedures, and their rights as participants, including the right to confidentiality and the right to withdraw at any time. All interview participants provided informed consent and were assured of privacy and anonymity. Data handling followed established ethical research practices, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and respect for stakeholder perspectives. The anonymity and confidentiality of participants were strictly maintained throughout the study. All data collected was anonymized in reports and used solely for academic and research purposes. : The research covered the review of urban planning policies and comprehensive master development plans for proposed urban development projects in the identified urban sites. Professionals and subject-matter specialists were consulted, given their expertise relevant to the research topic. The participation in the consultation was entirely voluntary. The researcher ensured that no participant was forced to respond to questions with which they were not comfortable. They were also informed of the study’s purpose, objectives, and scope before the consultation. They were told they could decline to participate or withdraw at any time without any negative consequences. No incentives or compensation were provided to the specialists in exchange for their participation.
