: For this study the protocol was approved by The Institutional Review Board (IRB) of The University of Trinidad and Tobago in accordance with the “POLICY ON ETHICS IN RESEARCH”. All participants were informed of the purpose of the research and the level of confidentially expected from the researcher during the data collection. Also, for each interview including focus groups, the author sought oral consent and stated to participants, "At any time during this interview, you have the right to leave or walk away." All of these precautions were taken to operate in a transparent, ethical, and moral manner.
