: Data collection and protocol were approved by the Institutional Review Board at Beijing Normal University on October 18th, 2022. The research was conducted in accordance with the ethical standards outlined in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its subsequent amendments or comparable ethical standards. Given that the study involved non-invasive and anonymized interviews without collection of sensitive personal data, it was granted an exemption from requiring additional ethics approval by the ethics committees of the two Ugandan universities in the study.
