: This research involving human participants was reviewed and approved by the King Khalid University Research Ethics Committee (UREC) under the Registration Number 1027900. Prior to participation, all faculty and student participants were informed of the study's aims, procedures, and their rights via email or WhatsApp messages, as documented in the study's ethics protocol. Participants provided informed consent, acknowledging their voluntary participation and their understanding of the procedures involved. They were also explicitly assured of the confidentiality and anonymity of their data; no names were collected, and participants were identified using pseudonyms or were kept anonymous. All personal data will be stored securely and will remain anonymous. The researchers further ensured that no participant was placed under any form of stress (physical or mental), and all procedures were implemented to minimize any potential risk. The study adhered to all ethical guidelines and standards set forth by the King Khalid University Research Ethics Committee, as well as with the principles of the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments. The roles of all researchers, and the procedures of data collection and dissemination were also communicated to participants. All collaborating institutions were compliant with all required codes of ethical practice and that no additional ethical procedures were required for this research.
