: The current study was reviewed and approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of the University of Missouri—St. Louis in accordance with the National Research Act (PL 93–348) and Federal Regulations (45 CFR 46). All investigators in the present study completed CITI Human Studies Training through the University of Missouri—St. Louis. Parental informed consent was obtained for all participants prior to the beginning of the study, as all participants were under the age of 18. Throughout the study, researchers adhered to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Title 45 Code of Federal Regulations Part 46, for the Protection of Human Subjects. Our study also fits under Title 45 Code of Federal Regulations Part 46.101b.
