: A data management plan for the research was outlined. The protocol was approved by the Norwegian Agency for Shared Services in Education and Research (SIKT) in line with the guidelines for data protection outlined by SIKT (approval reference 570624). Informed consents (Consent to Participate and Consent to Publish) were obtained from all participants. The survey had an introduction text on the first page of the survey that presented the survey, the project and purpose of the data collection, the plan of how to use the data, and information that the survey did not register any personal data (email/IP address, etc.). The text introducing the survey stated, “You agree to participate by submitting your response”.
