: This study complies with international ethical standards for research involving human participants and was approved by the Scientific Ethics Committee for Social Sciences, Arts, and Humanities of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (Acta_CH_1627574115205). Each participating institution signed a letter of authorization for the administration of instruments to students who agreed to participate. The study posed no risk or adverse effects to the participants. All participants provided digital informed consent, which included two separate agreements: one explicitly granting consent to participate in the study and another granting consent to publish the anonymized results.
