: This study was conducted based on the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethics approval was received from the research ethics committee of University of Jimma college of education and behavioral sciences which is by principles laid out in other relevant guidelines, policies and codes of conduct letter Ref. No. psyc.95/05/2020. An informed consent was taken from each participant before participating in the current study and all data was pseudonymized for anonymity.

: Consent was obtained from all participating students, teachers’ principals, experts and leaders for publication of research findings, after ensuring anonymity.
