: The ethical approval of all procedures was given by the federal state school authority (Bildungsdirektion Steiermark) as this institution is responsible for all studies involving high school students in our region Styria. All schoolmasters, teachers, children and their parents were informed before the start of the study with an information sheet. The participation in the study was voluntary. All Parents provided written consent regarding their children's participation. All methods in this study were carried out in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations, ensuring the protection of participants' rights, anonymity, and confidentiality.
