: All methods were carried out following relevant guidelines and regulations. The study received ethical approval from the Ethical Review Board of the College of Education and Behavioral Sciences at Jimma University on February 2, 2023, under reference number CEBS/RP-1370/15. To ensure participant anonymity, codes were used throughout the study. In addition, an agreement was signed between the researchers and the moderators to maintain the ethical issues of the study, including participants’ confidentiality.
