: The study was approved by the Swedish Ethical Review Authority (#2023-02198-01) and carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations according to this authority. Consent to participate in the study was obtained from principals of the primary schools in the Skåne region, teachers for school classes in those schools where the principal consented, parents of children in school classes where the teacher consented, and the children themselves. Parents and children informed the teacher verbally or in writing if they did not wish to participate.

: All consenting parties, including Region Skåne, agreed to the results being published under conditions of anonymity for the children in the participating schools and classes.
