: This study was approved by the Research Council of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka (Approval No. ASP/01/RE/HSS/2022/06). All individuals who took part in the study provided written consent to participate voluntarily. They were informed of their right to withdraw from the study at any time without penalty or consequence.

: Prior to participation, all prospective participants were provided with detailed written information outlining the objectives, procedures, risks, and benefits of the study. They were given the opportunity to ask questions and receive clarification before making a decision. Informed consent was obtained only after participants demonstrated a clear understanding of the study content and their rights.

: Participants were informed that anonymized data may be included in published reports or academic publications. Consent to publish such data was obtained in writing from all participants during the consent process.
