: This study was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. The Institutional Review Board of Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Indonesia, deemed the study exempt from review. Approval from the school was also obtained before the research was conducted. At the beginning of the intervention, all students were informed about the research’s objectives. All participant data were kept confidential, and their responses were anonymized. Informed consent was obtained from all individuals included in this study.
