: Ethical approval for this study was waived, as it did not require review by an ethical review committee. However, permission to conduct the study was obtained from the University of Nairobi as part of the requirements for awarding a degree. The research was carried out in accordance with the university’s guidelines and regulations. This study involved the use of anonymized questionnaires on non-clinical, non-sensitive topics within an educational setting. In accordance with institutional and national research ethics guidelines, formal ethical approval was not required. However, the study was conducted with strict adherence to ethical principles, including voluntary participation, informed consent, and confidentiality of all responses. All participants were informed about the purpose of the study, and their participation was voluntary. Informed consent was obtained from all individuals prior to data collection.
