: The university authorized the research project and reviewed the results, agreeing on specific data to be kept confidential, as detailed in the manuscript. On 10 October 2024, the institution authorized to develop the research with data collection including students from all campuses in the country, under supervision. On 19 December 2024, the study received a review and approval on the text, data confidentiality and results by the ‘Coordinación de Acreditación y Aseguramiento de la Calidad’ of the institution. An ethical review confirmation was received again on 26 August 2025 after request from the journal. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. The data was also handled with transparency and consistency.

: The participants consented to the submission of the study to the journal. Additional informed consent was obtained from individuals for whom identifying information is included in this article.

: All the participating students were informed about the purpose of this research and agreed to contribute anonymously.

: One of the authors was a student in the program under research in the first phase. The other author has been a professor in the same institution, among other universities. Other than that, the authors have no relevant financial or non-financial interests to disclose.
