: This research has been reviewed and approved by the Institutional Review Committee of the Research and Community Services Vice President’s Office at Bahir Dar University, with assigned number 022 and Protocol number 019. As such, all the methods and procedures of data collection analysis and writing were carried out in accordance with the provisions under the regulation BDU/RCS/2020 of Institutional Review Board. All participants gave their informed consent to participate in the study before being able to fill in the questionnaire.
