: Ethical review and approval were waived for this study by the University of Energy and Natural Resources Research Ethics Committee (UENR-REC) as it was determined to pose minimal risk to participants. All data were collected anonymously, and informed consent was obtained from all participants. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations of the University of Energy and Natural Resources Research Ethics Committee (UENR-REC). All participants in this study provided their consent to participate in the research. Consent was obtained directly through participant agreement. Participation was entirely voluntary, and participants were informed about the nature and scope of the study before registering. Data collection was conducted using Google Forms, where participants explicitly agreed to have their information used for research and system evaluation purposes.
