Approval was granted by the Faculty of Health Sciences Research Ethics Committee (FHS-REC) at the University of Pretoria, Gauteng Province, South Africa (Ethics Clearance No.: 584/2020), where the research project was registered. All three universities where students were recruited permitted the research to be conducted.
