: The questionnaire and the methods of the study was approved by the research ethics committee of Veer Narmad South Gujarat University in accordance with the institutional ethical standards and national research regulations. At the time of data collection formal written consent was not required for minimal risk research involving anonymised data as stated in the university ethics policy. Informed written consent was obtained from all the students, school authorities and parents prior to data collection. Approval was obtained from the relevant school and university authorities to conduct the study on school and university students. Informed consent to participate in the study was obtained from the school and the questionnaire was circulated by The Fountainhead school itself. Informed consent was obtained from school authorities, parents/guardians and all individual school students participating in the anonymised study. Informed consent was obtained from all the adult university students included in the anonymised study.
