: This study did not require ethical approval under the guidelines of WU Wien (Vienna University of Economics and Business Organization). The WU Ethics Board was established to provide advice and conduct reviews on the ethicality of research projects involving the collection or use of data from/about human beings. At WU, ethics review of such projects is not compulsory. Furthermore, this research project was supervised by the Quality Assurance Department responsible for Scholarship of Teaching and Learning projects (WU Wien, 09th of July 2025). All participants were fully informed about the purpose and procedures of the study and participated voluntarily. They were assured that they could withdraw at any time without facing any disadvantages. Informed consent was obtained in line with ethical standards and institutional requirements. All the data have been anonymized to ensure confidentiality.

: The participants were informed that anonymized excerpts from their interviews, questionnaires, and discussions might be used for research dissemination, including publication in scientific journals. All participants consented to the publication of their anonymized data.
