: The study protocol followed ethical best practices, was reviewed and revised by a panel of experts, and approved by the faculty and university board. While, a clinical trial number was not applicable in currently study, however, official ethical clearance from the research ethics committee at University of Zululand, referencing H18-EDU-ERE-011 was obtained, which served a pivotal role in upholding ethical norms and principles, ensuring that participation was based on well-informed consent, while preserving the anonymity, confidentiality, and privacy of all participants. The protocol was approved by the University of Zululand research ethics committee in accordance with the University’s ethics guidelines and regulation. Written Consent to participate and written consent to publish were obtained from all participants.
