: This study used anonymized institutional records and an online survey that did not collect identifying information. Under current Brazilian guidelines (CNS Resolutions 510/2016 and 674/2022), research based on anonymized secondary data is exempt from review by a Research Ethics Committee. Therefore, formal ethical approval was not required. Participation in the online survey was voluntary. By submitting the questionnaire, students provided informed consent. Use of anonymized SIGA records was authorized by the institution and, under national guidelines, did not require individual consent.
