: The Institutional Review Board of Wolaita Sodo University granted ethical approval (Certificate No. WSU-IRRC/022/0223). In compliance with research ethics, the approval spanned the period from November 8, 2023, to November 8, 2024, and included authorization of the research protocol, informed consent procedures, and information sheets. We confirm that voluntary, informed consent to participate in this study has been obtained from all the graduate class participants and instructors in the school. The participants were provided with thorough information regarding the purpose of the study, procedures, risks, and benefits.
