: This research was conducted in accordance with the guidelines and regulations of the Swedish Ethical Review Authority. This study is non-interventional and does not involve the collection of sensitive personal data. Under the Swedish Act (2003:460) concerning the ethical review of research involving humans , ethical approval is therefore not required. According to the Swedish Ethical Review Authority , sensitive personal data include information on ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, health, sex life, sexual orientation, genetic data, and biometric data used to uniquely identify a natural person. As no such data were collected, no ethical review was necessary. All participants provided informed consent prior to their inclusion in the study. They were fully informed about the study’s objectives and only those who provided their consent proceeded to complete the questionnaire/participate in the focus groups. All participants in this study were above 16 years of age.
