: Before the field expert interviews were conducted, the research plan, data privacy plan, and data management plan were reviewed and approved by Aalto University Research Ethics Committee. The research was carried out according to the ethical guidelines of Aalto University. Because the interviewees’ statements may affect their careers and research financing, their anonymity will be protected. Projects or applications are discussed in such way that the interviewee cannot be recognized from them. Permission to record the interviews was asked before the recording started. An information sheet was sent to participants before the study to inform them about the study principles and data management. Participation in the study was entirely voluntary, and all participants provided informed consent for their participation.
