: The study protocol was reviewed by the Ethics Committee of the University of Western Macedonia, which waived the need for formal ethical approval, as the research involved anonymous, non-sensitive survey data and posed minimal risk to participants. The research was conducted in accordance with the ethical standards and guidelines of the University of Western Macedonia and with the principles of the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments. All participants were adults, participated voluntarily, and provided informed consent prior to completing the questionnaire. Participation in this study was voluntary and anonymous. All participants were informed about the purpose of the study, confidentiality, and data protection procedures and provided their informed consent before participation. No identifying or sensitive personal data were collected.
