: This study used secondary data from the Quarterly Labour Force Survey (QLFS) conducted by the Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics (BBS). The dataset is publicly available and anonymized prior to release. Therefore, no additional ethical approval was required for this analysis. The QLFS data were collected by the Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics (BBS) following informed consent procedures from all respondents during data collection. As this study used secondary, de-identified data, no additional consent was required.
