: The study involved adult professional participants and was conducted as part of an officially invited professional engagement with the Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Barito Kuala Regency. Ethical approval was waived by the Faculty of Education, Universitas Lambung Mangkurat, as the research involved minimal risk and focused on professional practices and institutional processes. The research was conducted in accordance with institutional ethical guidelines and national regulations for educational and social research in Indonesia.
