: The authors affirm that participants in this study voluntarily participated and provided their information. All private data generated from the respondents was employed exclusively for study purposes and treated in line with the code of secrecy. Participants were duly notified that they are free to withdraw from the survey at will without prior notice. The questionnaire was planned to conceal participants’ anonymity and to safeguard the privacy of their private information. Similarly, the study followed the ethical values provided in the Helsinki Declaration of 1975, as revised in 2000; and in accordance with the National Code of Health Research Ethics of Nigeria with an ethical approval from the National Health Research Ethics Committee of the Ministry of Health and Human Services in Nigeria [Project No: MOH/STA/204/1/180/2026]. All participants willingly agreed to participate in the study and this informed consent was gotten prior to the study.
