: The study was approved by the ethical review boards of the lead institutions, and was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical clearance was granted first by the Ethics Committee for Life and Health Sciences Research at the University of Minho, Portugal (CEICVS 164/2024), which coordinated the work package that included the survey, and also by the Ethics Committee of KU Leuven, Belgium (S69502), the university where the data server was hosted. The Dutch part of this research was reviewed and granted by the Research Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Health, Medicine and Life Sciences at Maastricht University, the Netherlands (FHML-REC/2024/012). Participation was anonymous, and informed consent was implied through survey completion.
