Ethics approval and consent to participate: The researchers obtained ethical approval from the institutional research ethics and review committee of Dilla University (IRERC) with protocol unique number duirb/20/18 to conduct research and publish its output based on the research and ethical guidelines of the university. On the other hand, the university research and ethical guidelines more importantly focus on the novelty of research and respecting the research ethics. In this regard, the researchers scrupulously respected the participant's right to secrecy, privacy, and anonymity and tried to ensure the novelty of the study. The interview questions were copied to the replies prior to setting up a face-to-face session. Moreover, the respondents in the study are aware that there will be no reimbursement for their time. The respondents were given the assurance that the information they provided would be kept private, and study records did not contain their names. Rather, they were represented by identifying numbers. Generally, the current study followed all the institutional research ethics and review committee of Dilla University (IRERC) with protocol unique number duirb/20/18 in data collection and analysis.
