The Ghana Health Service Ethics Review Committee exempted the study from ethical approval, considering it a general qualitative inquiry involving voluntary participation, in accordance with the 2015 Standard Operating Procedures. Before engaging in any research activities, all participants provided written informed consent. They were fully informed about the study's purpose and procedures. Additionally, participants consented to the publication of the study's findings. Ensuring the dignity, safety, and well-being of the interviewees was of paramount importance. Participation in the study was entirely voluntary, and no identifying or sensitive information was documented.
