: The study has been approved by the regional Norwegian Ethics Committee (ID 24432) and was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. All information about participation in the study was given both in writing and orally, and all the participants gave informed consent. The participants could choose whether they preferred individual or focus group interviews and where the interviews took place. For safety reasons, the participants were given the opportunity to speak with a supervisor from the user organization after the interviews. The participants consented to publication and were given the opportunity to withdraw from the study at any time. The study is independent of both the mental healthcare services and The Change Factory, and no information was disclosed to either part.
