: The study was approved by Ghana Health Service Ethical Review Committee (GHS-ERC: 014/06/22), and conducted in accordance with the Helsinki Declaration. In compliance with the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Acts 843), all the participants were made aware of the purpose for which the data was collected, the recipient of the data, and their right to withhold information as they saw fit []. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants before data collection. All recorded information was treated confidential and no personally identifiable information about the participants was presented in the analysis.
