: The study was approved by the Ghana Health Service Ethics Committee for all ethical issues. Moreover, the study was performed in accordance with the ethical standards as laid down in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments. The questionnaire underwent pretesting to determine its applicability, respondents' comprehension, the presence of any ambiguities, and the general accessibility of the many categories of information required. The researchers obtained informed consent from the participants before the questionnaire was administered. In order to reassure the NHIS members that the answers to the questions would be kept confidential and anonymous, the introductory letter was given which stipulated that the information sought was solely meant for research and informed consent was obtained from the respondents. Regardless of the position held or the company, the researchers also gave the responders the assurance that the information collected would not be shared with anybody.
