: Ethics approval was granted by the Institution Review Board of Kamuzu University of Health Sciences-Malawi (College of Medicine Research and Ethics Committee (COMREC) under study number P.07/23/0142). In addition, permission was sought from the Hospital Director of Kamuzu Central Hospital to conduct the study at his facility. This study did not involve patients and personnel as such there was no need for individual consent to collect the data. In addition, no patient data was collected in this study. The study was approved in line with the principles of the declaration of Helsinki.
