: All procedures applied to research involving human participants were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institution and with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments. Ethical clearance was secured from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Saint Paul Hospital Millennium Medical College, Menelik II Referral Hospital, Yekatit 12 Hospital, and Ras Desta Damtew Memorial Hospital with approval identification PM23/163, permission and support letters were secured from the Research and Ethical Review Board of Kea-Med College from the respective hospital administrators before data collection.
