: Informed consent was given by all respondents and participants of the observed meetings. The Medical Ethical Review Board of Leiden University Medical Center mandated the review of research not falling under the Dutch Medical Research with Human Subjects Law (nWMO) to individual nWMO committees at Leiden University Medical Center. This decision was based on the reason that no experiments on humans and/or the use of human tissue samples took place in this study. The nWMO committee reviewed the proposal and provided a declaration of no objection (non-WMO approval number: 23-3042). This study has been further approved by the scientific committee of the department of Public Health and Primary Care at Leiden University Medical Center.
