This study was deemed ethical and approved by the research committee in the Department of General Internal Medicine. Experimental protocols were deemed to not require institutional IRB review as no patient data was collected. Surveys were entirely anonymous and voluntary, as detailed in the survey sent to physicians, with completion of the survey serving as consent for participation in the survey study and future publication.
