: This study was conducted in accordance with the Helsinki Declaration and the APA’s Ethical Principles of Psychologists . The study protocol was approved by the Institutional Ethics Committee of the Institute of Medical Sciences, Banaras Hindu University, India (Certificate Number: Dean/2023/EC/3894). Before the interviews, the authors explained the study’s objectives and voluntary nature to all participants. Informed consent was obtained from all participants and/or their legal guardians through an ethical consent form. Participants were assured that they could withdraw from the study at any stage without providing justification. Participants were anonymized using coded identifiers to ensure confidentiality, and all personally identifying information was removed from transcripts.
: Consent to publish the findings of this study was obtained from Buurtzorg Edugreen (Buurtzorg India). In addition to individual consent from participants, organizational-level consent was provided by Buurtzorg Edugreen to ensure institutional approval for the dissemination of the research.
